Before you consider investing in a Jeep, make sure you definitely do lots of research to determine if it’s for you. The Jeep Wrangler is certainly not really for everyone. It mainly is dependent upon your own identity (as well as your sense of adventure) as to whether or not you ought to be the owner of one.
For instance, a sports car aficionado will not likely like the Wrangler. People who prefer the luxury of a smooth drive or leather car seats are going to be very let down. Families with young children will certainly prefer the safety and security that some other SUVs offer.

When it comes to choosing yourself an Italian sports car, I wouldn’t blame if you immediately went straight to the nearest Ferrari dealership and demanded the keys to a spectacular Ferrari 599. Before you did that however, there would be many factors to consider. The three main ones as far as most people are concerned are practicality, cost and resale value. In this case, the Ferrari models tend to fall flat on their face. There is an alternative though, which would allow you to own an Italian sports car that can tick the box of all the Ferrari’s failings; the Maserati Quattroporte.
The first thing you’ll notice about the Maserati Quattroporte is the name. “Quattroporte” literally translates as 4 door, which is quite a rare commodity for a sports car to have. This is where the practical element of the car comes into play. Four doors and plenty of room in the back means that you can transport your family around, without having to sacrifice one iota of performance or driveability. Car racing enthusiasts go for models that can be easily designed. The design of their cars reflects their personalities. This is also a way to jazz up your car and make it totally your own so there is no mistaking your car from the others.
If you absolutely haven’t an inkling as to how to design your car and what design you actually want, let me give you some tips on how to do so:
Step 1: Search online for design inspirations. Go to Google.com and key in sports car designs and you can find some really cool concepts. Just use those designs as your guide to spark an idea from your mind. You can also try visiting showrooms and car shows where car sports enthusiasts gather to show off their cars.
Step 2: Print a sketch model of your car. Also search online for a top view, side view, read view and front view of your car model. If you are feeling a bit creative, you can manually draw the outlines of your car instead. But for those who are sketching challenged, there are a lot of pictures you can find online that you can print out. Continue reading ‘How to Design Your Own Sports Car’ »

Cadillac is one of those luxury vehicles highly coveted nowadays. It is manufacture by General Motors Company that is founded in the US. When it comes to car accessories, they are the trendsetters. They were the first ones who introduced cars with clashless manual transmission systems and full electrical systems.
But like I said, they are luxury cars and not sports car. However, the look can closely resemble that of sports vehicles. If you want to spruce it up, you can design it in such a way that it will look much like a sports car.
Step 1: One fake-out that most pros do is to change the windows into tinted ones. All sports vehicles have tinted windows and while this will not really automatically transform your car, it will closely resemble other sports automobiles like Ferrari. A Cadillac that can also double as a Ferrari? Now that is something.
Step 2: Change the tire rims at the back of your car. Most sports car owners fancy getting bigger tire rims at the back so it has a sort-of elevated look. This creates the idea of having a more aerodynamic vehicle which is what you would want to achieve. You can go to your local car shop and ask what bigger tire rim would look best for your Cadillac. You can mix and match sizes just as long as the back is bigger and front wheels are smaller. Continue reading ‘How to Make a Cadillac Look Like a Sports Car’ »

We’ve all seen them, effortlessly cruising along the freeway with glamorous model types or hunky sports stars at the wheel. We’ve all seen them and dreamed. But why not turn your dream into reality. Sports Cars are not just for the rich and famous, not just for the young and beautiful, there is a sports car for everybody, (as long as you are agile enough to actually get in and out of it, that is). I remember many years ago my brother in law proudly arriving home in his new, shiny sapphire blue sports car, gleaming in the sunshine as a surprise for his bemused wife, only to discover within a few days that he was about to become a Daddy. ‘How will I get in and out?’ was the first question, ‘Where shall we put the car seat?’ was the second. Oh dear, perhaps a sports car isn’t right for all the people, all the time.
Let’s face it, sports cars do have their disadvantages. Not much passenger space, with often only two seats in the front, and if there are any seats in the back, they are not very spacious. They are not very sociable either because they do not allow you to have many passengers. Also luggage space can be an issue- where will you put suitcases or packages after shopping? Oh well, maybe that’s a favorable feature in some households. Continue reading ‘Is a Sports Car Right For You?’ »

Also note that you can have cheaper options. You do not have to shell out those extra thousands of dollars or so just to get a sports car.
So, to help you make better choices, there are a couple of things you need to ponder on. The following are some guidelines in choosing the right car:
Tip 1: Set A Budget
How much are you willing to spend on a car? This type of car starts at $20,000 and can get as pricey as a hundred more to even a million. Knowing your budget can let you choose the car that is within your budget bracket.
Tip 2: What Do You Need The Car For?
This is a question of practicality. This type of car usually has two doors only and front seats. But what if you want to have this car but you want to use it for daily transportation to and not just for racing or showrooms? You also need to consider the capacity of the car. The good news is, there are now new models that have back seats but it does not compromise the over-all sleek look of the car. Continue reading ‘How to Buy a Sports Car’ »
